मुंबई, दि. १३ : श्रीमती नाथीबाई दामोदर ठाकरसी महिला विद्यापीठाच्या (एसएनडीटी) कुलगुरु डॉ उज्वला चक्रदेव यांनी राज्यपाल तथा कुलपती सी. पी. राधाकृष्णन यांची राजभवन मुंबई येथे भेट घेऊन विद्यापीठाच्या कामकाजाचे सविस्तर सादरीकरण केले.
यावेळी कुलगुरूंनी राज्यपालांना राष्ट्रीय शैक्षणिक धोरणाच्या अंमलबजावणीची सद्यस्थिती, भारतीय ज्ञान, संस्कृत तसेच योग केंद्राची माहिती, भाषांतर प्रकल्पाचे कार्य, उच्च शिक्षण संस्थांमध्ये आंतरवासिता धोरणाची अंमलबजावणी, शैक्षणिक वेळापत्रक, विद्यार्थी तक्रार निवारण केंद्र, संस्कृत भाषा विभागाचे सबलीकरण, वसतिगृह सुविधा, शाळांशी संवाद, स्वच्छ भारत अभियान, विकसित भारत, विदेशी विद्यापीठांशी सहकार्य, आदिवासी विद्यार्थ्यांच्या उन्नतीसाठी उपक्रम, क्रीडा विकास, विद्यापीठाच्या सर्वोत्तम प्रथा, कौशल्य विकास कार्यक्रम इत्यादी विषयांची सविस्तर माहिती दिली.
बैठकीला विद्यापीठाच्या प्रकुलगुरु डॉ रुबी ओझा, कुलसचिव विलास नांदवडेकर, विज्ञान आणि तंत्रज्ञान विभागाचे अधिष्ठाता डॉ हिम्मत जाधव उपस्थित होते.

Maharashtra Governor reviews work of SNDT Women’s University
The Vice Chancellor of Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women’s University (SNDT) Prof. Ujwala Chakradeo presented a detailed overview of the university to the Governor of Maharashtra and Chancellor of universities C. P. Radhakrishnan at Raj Bhavan Mumbai on Thursday (13 Feb).
The Vice-Chancellor apprised the Governor of the implementation NEP 2020, Indian Knowledge System Courses Integration, Strengthening of Sanskrit Department, Translation project, Internship policy in HEIs, Common Academic Calendar, Students Grievance Redressal Forum, Hostel facilities, School Connect, Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, ‘Viksit Bharat@2047’, collaboration with foreign universities, initiatives for the upliftment of tribal students, skill development, Best Policies of University and other related subjects.
Pro Vice Chancellor Ruby Ojha, Registrar Vilas Nandavadekar and Dean Prof. H. T. Jadhav were present.
