लोहगावस्थित सिव्हिल डिफेन्स संस्थेच्या मागण्या शासनाने मान्य केल्याची माहिती
मुंबई, दि.19 : भारतीय लष्कर, नौदल व वायुदल या तीनही भारतीय सैन्य दलाच्या पुणे येथील लोहगावस्थित सिव्हिल डिफेन्स गृहरचना संस्थेचा प्रलंबित प्रश्न अखेर मार्गी लावण्यात आला आहे. या संस्थेच्या मागण्या राज्य शासनाने मान्य केल्याचे राज्याचे महसूल मंत्री राधाकृष्ण विखे पाटील यांनी स्पष्ट केले आहे. याबाबत शासन निर्णय जाहीर करण्यात आल्याचेही त्यांनी सांगितले. त्यामुळे एकंदरीतच 15 वर्षांपासून प्रलंबित असलेल्या सैनिकांच्या मागण्यांबाबतचा प्रश्न मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे आणि उपमुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांच्या नेतृत्वाखाली मंत्री श्री. विखे-पाटील यांनी अत्यंत कौशल्याने 5 महिन्यात सोडविला आहे.
केंद्र शासनाच्या तीनही संरक्षण दलातील अधिकारी व कर्मचारी यांच्या डिफेन्स पर्सनल को.ऑ. हौसिंग सोसायटीला सन 2003 मध्ये घरे बांधण्यासाठी पुणे जिल्ह्यातील लोहगाव तालुक्यात हवेली येथे 18 हजार 600 चौ.मी. जमीन वाटप करण्यात आली होती. या संस्थेच्या माध्यमातून राज्य शासनाकडे काही महत्त्वपूर्ण गोष्टींसाठी पाठपुरावा सुरू होता. त्यानुसार या गृहनिर्माण संस्थेच्या बांधकामाच्या जागेचा वापर, बांधकामास मुदतवाढ अशा अनुषंगिक मागण्याबाबत सकारात्मक विचार करून सरकारने लोहगावस्थित सिव्हिल डिफेन्स गृहरचना संस्थेचा प्रलंबित प्रश्न अखेर मार्गी लावला आहे.
देशाची अहोरात्र सेवा करणाऱ्या सैनिकांचा 15 वर्षांचा संघर्ष या निर्णयामुळे अखेर संपुष्टात आला आहे. डिफेन्स पर्सनल को.ऑ. हौसिंग सोसायटीच्या नावातही बदल करून सिव्हिल डिफेन्स गृहरचना संस्था मर्यादित असे करण्यात आले आहे. विशेष म्हणजे पूर्वी केवळ 200 निवासी क्षमता असलेल्या या जागेवर महानगरपालिकेच्या माध्यमातून 400 निवासी क्षमतेपर्यत वाढविता येण्याच्या आराखड्यास तत्त्वतः मंजूरीही मिळणार आहे.
प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी हे भारतीय सैनिकांच्या बाबतीत अतिशय संवेदनशील आहेत. त्यांच्या सुख-दु:खात ते नेहमी सहभागी होत असतात, दिवाळीही ते भारतीय सैनिकांसह साजरी करतात. त्यामुळे भारतीय सैन्य दलाच्या दृष्टीने ते हिताचे निर्णय घेत असल्याने, त्यांच्या “प्रथम राष्ट्र” विचारातून आणि प्रेरणेतून राज्यात हा एक महत्वपूर्ण निर्णय घेऊन सैन्यदलातील अधिकारी व कर्मचाऱ्यांना दिलासा देण्याचे काम आम्ही केल्याचे मंत्री श्री. विखे-पाटील यांनी स्पष्ट केले. प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी यांच्या नेतृत्वाखाली आणि मुख्यमंत्री एकनाथ शिंदे आणि उपमुख्यमंत्री देवेंद्र फडणवीस यांच्या माध्यमातून हा एक धोरणात्मक निर्णय घेतल्याचा अभिमान असल्याचे श्री. विखे-पाटील यांनी सांगितले.

Revenue Minister Radhakrishna Vikhe Patil resolves 15-year old pending housing issue of military personnel in 5 months
Government has accepted the demands of Civil Defence Organisation in Lohegaon: Vikhe Patil
Mumbai, Feb 19: Revenue minister Radhakrishna Vikhe Patil has stated that the long pending issue related to the housing of the defence personnel – amry, navy and air force – at Lohegaon has been finally resolved. He said that the government has accepted the demands of the Civil Defence Housing Organisation.
With this decision, the issues of the soldiers, which were pending for 15 long years, have been finally resolved by Vikhe Patil under the leadership of Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.
In 2003, nearly 18,600 sqmt of plot in Lohegaon, Pune, was allotted to the Defence Personnel Cooperative Housing Society to build houses for the military personnel of all the three-armed forces. However, there were certain issues regarding the development of this plot including usage of the land, extension for completion of construction, etc., which the organisation was pursuing with the State Government. The government positively responded to their demands and resolved their issue in five months.
Vikhe Patil noted that with this decision, the 15-year struggle of our soldiers who have relentlessly served the country has finally come to an end. The name of the organisation has also been changed from Defence Personnel Co-operative Housing Society to Civil Defence Gruha Rachna Limited. Besides, the Pune Municipal Corporation has also given an in-principle approval to increase the number of houses to be constructed under this scheme to 400 from the existing proposal of 200 houses.
Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi is very sensitive about Indian soldiers and has always shared their moments joys and sorrows. He also celebrates Diwali with them. Vikhe Patil said that since this decision is in the interest of the Indian armed forces and in line with the philosophy of Prime Minister Narendra Modi of ‘Nation First’, it will give a relief to the officers and employees of the defence forces.
Shri. Vikhe Patil further said that it is a matter of pride that such a strategic decision was taken under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and by the government led by Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.
